Creditreform Rating has affirmed the outlook (stable) of Banque Fédérative du Crédit Mutuel and raised the Long-Term Issuer Rating from A to A+. In addition, Creditreform Rating raised the Additional Tier 1 rating from BB+ to BBB-, the Tier 2 rating from BBB- to BBB, the Non-Preferred Unsecured Debt rating from A- to A and the Preferred Senior Unsecured Debt rating from A to A+. In addition, Creditreform Rating has determined the rating of the debt classes as follows. The rating of the Additional Tier 1 class was confirmed at 'BB+'. In addition, Creditreform Rating confirmed the rating of the Additional Tier 1 capital class at BB+, the Tier 2 capital class at BBB- and the rating of the Preferred Senior Unsecured Debt class (after reclassification from Senior Unsecured Debt) at A. The rating of the Non-Preferred Senior Unsecured Debt class was set to A-.

Creditreform Rating has set the rating of Banque Fédérative du Crédit Mutuel SA to A´, with stable outlook. Creditreform Rating has also determined the ratings of the debt classes as follows. The rating of Additional Tier 1 was set to BB+´, the rating of Tier 2 to BBB- and the rating of the Senior Unsecured to A´.
