  Creditreform Rating AG (CRA) has withdrawn the unsolicited corporate issuer and issue ratings as well as the short-term rating of Eni Finance International SA. The unsolicited corporate issuer rating of Eni S.p.A. has been affirmed at BBB+ / L3. Creditreform Rating has also affirmed the unsolicited corporate issue rating of the long-term local currency senior unsecured notes issued by Eni S.p.A. at BBB+. These issues are included in the list of ECB-eligible marketable assets, which can be found on the ECB's website. The outlook for the ratings remains stable.
